1. Precautions for operators Operators should wear protective equipment. The infirm, lactating women, pregnant women, young children and those with unhealed wounds on site are not allowed to work. Smoking, eating and drinking are strictly prohibited during operation to prevent poisoning. If the operator finds headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and other poisoning symptoms during the work, he should stop working immediately and ask medical personnel for treatment.
2. Install the required accessories according to different crops. For example, for rice crops or tall crops and trees close to water sources, mixers and spray guns can be used to automatically absorb water. Sprinkler sprays can be used on low-growing crops and low-dose crops.
3. Try spraying with water. When using a spray gun and mixer, test the spray with water to check all joints for leaks. The spray liquid should not be too close to the crop, and should be spread into a mist and sprayed evenly. Stop spraying must wait until pump pressure drops before shutting off.
4. Decompression and maintenance. When repairing the water pump in the sprayer line, the pressure in the line must be reduced first. When opening the pressurized solution cabinet, exhaust the compressed air in the cabinet. When adjusting the working pressure of the sprayer, it is not allowed to exceed the specified maximum pressure.
