Where is the inspection of the hot water pressure washer?
1. The nozzle is free of pollutants or clogging. If the spray hole is blocked, the water flow and water pressure will be hindered, which will affect the performance of the washing machine. The water of the washing machine is recirculated during the washing cycle, and the pollutants carried therein may stay in the spray arm. The spray arm needs to be cleaned regularly.
2. The water outlet on the spray arm faces the target surface. The spray arm of some washing machines is loosened and rotated during use, causing the spray to fail to face the equipment. Many spray arms have holes on both sides; these holes can be adjusted upwards or downwards.
3. Complete spray arms: some hospitals have all spray arms missing but the machine is still in use. If the spray arm is missing, the washing machine cannot operate normally, because the water pressure and spray will greatly weaken the mechanical cleaning effect. Do not use the washer if the spray arm is missing.
4. The spray arm rotates without obstruction: test the spray arm to ensure that it rotates smoothly and evenly.
5. The drain screen at the bottom of the washing machine is free of debris: the drain screen at the bottom of the washing machine will retain contaminants from the equipment group. The screen should be removed and cleaned at least every day, or the cleaning frequency should be increased according to the number of uses. A blocked screen will hinder water flow and drainage, thereby affecting the cleaning efficiency of the washing machine.
6. The coupling of the instrument holder and the manifold are aligned correctly. Make sure that the water/washing fluid inlet of the washing machine and the manifold of the washing rack are aligned correctly. If they are not aligned, the water flow, water distribution and water pressure will be affected, and may cause the washing machine to operate abnormally. Insufficient water pressure will cause the spray arm to fail to operate normally, and will also weaken the mechanical cleaning effect.
7. The spray arm bushings are present and undamaged: make sure that all bushings, couplings, washers, etc. are present without any cracks or damage.
8. The cleaning agent/chemical delivery pipeline is clear and functioning normally: Visually inspect all cleaning agent and other chemical delivery pipelines and connection ports: make sure they are clear, clean, free of blockages, air retention, and kinks. Attention should also be paid to inspections for signs of wear, damage or leakage on the pipeline. If the delivery pipe is defective, the concentration of the cleaning fluid may be incorrect, rendering the cleaning cycle ineffective.
9. Check whether the concentrations of all chemicals and cleaning agents are correct: ensure that the cleaning agent and other chemical containers have sufficient margins, and ensure that the delivery and distribution pipelines are correctly connected to the corresponding containers.
10. Observe the overall situation of the washing machine: the surface of the cabin body should be clean, free of stains, scales and other pollutants. These may affect the performance and cleaning effect of the washing machine. Stain and scale may indicate problems such as water quality and high chemical concentration. Ensure that any applicable gaskets, seals, and recorders are in normal condition.
11. Check that the lighting in the cabin is working properly: the washing machine has windows and internal lighting to allow observation of the performance of the washing machine during the cycle. During the cycle, it is necessary to observe whether the spray arm is operating normally, and there are no instruments/trays hindering the performance of the washing machine. Observe the water flow to make sure there are no signs of excessive foam.
