How a sprayer works

Aug 28, 2022

The first is Bernoulli's principle. Bernoulli's principle says that in the same fluid, the velocity is high and the pressure is low. low speed and high pressure. Flow will automatically flow from high pressure to low pressure. When passing through the trigeminal canal, the low-velocity water flow is directed towards the high-velocity air flow. The water is torn into small droplets by the high-speed air. These small droplets turn into fog.

The second method is to press water into a thin tube, creating a high-speed flow that turns into small droplets when it hits an obstacle. This situation is like turning on a faucet and plugging it with your fingers. Home sprayers use this configuration more frequently and at a lower cost.

The third is to charge the water (water is a dielectric), and use the same charge to repel each other to form water droplets. The droplets in this method are very small. The same principle is also used in car painting.

The fourth is ultrasonic atomization. Vibration creates "foam" in the water, and ultrasonic waves vibrate at a high frequency, so the wavelength of the "wave" is small, so it's a "spray" -- on a small droplet, which becomes a mist.
